This furnace is suitable for melting metal in vacuum by medium frequency induction heating principle, it is widely used for melting and casting metal alloy or high purity metal in vacuum. The capacity is range from 3-5KG per batch.
The system consists of furnace vessel, vacuum system, and electric control system, vacuum control system, IF heating system, pouring and casting system. This device is medium frequency induction heating melting equipment. The furnace has a spiral tube coil inside, when the coil through intermediate frequency current, the alternating magnetic field generated. The metal will melt in the magnetic field.
